Position Summary – System Administrator 

As a System Administrator, you will provide user support, resolve IT issues, and manage office equipment and inventory. Your role includes PC setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting, as well as network administration (LAN, Wi-Fi, Active Directory). You'll ensure IT security, manage internal systems, and communicate technical information clearly. The ideal candidate has Windows experience, networking skills, strong troubleshooting abilities, and fluency in Dutch with good English.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting users, resolving incoming issues in a friendly and customer-oriented way
• Work with office equipment, handled device inventory and control, work with warranty services
• Provide PC services including setup, configuration, installation, imaging, repairing, upgrade and asset management
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues
• LAN/Wi-Fi/Internet uplink maintenance
• Administration of Active Directory and internal network services
• Manage internal IT systems and services
• Manage all aspects of local Information Security and administration
• Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing for technical and non-technical audiences
  

Who you are:

• Experience with Windows
• Experience maintaining routers and managed switches
• Be organized and methodical
• Be able to concentrate on routine and repetitive tasks
• Proficient software & hardware problem identification and solving skills.
• Good level of English and Fluent Dutch.
