Responsibilities:

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and laptops running Windows, as well as gaming equipment.
• Support in purchasing new equipment, including gaming hardware, maintenance, and warranty repairs.
• Assist in the inventory of equipment and software, ensuring compliance with licenses.
• Support in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of servers running Windows.
• Install software and troubleshoot related issues.

Requirements:

• Interest in the IT/Gaming industry.
• Willing to collaborate for approximately 40 hours per month under a contract of mandate.
• Preferred education in IT or a related field.
• Good command of English, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of mobile devices and video game consoles.
• Ability to prioritize and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of MS Windows systems and MS Office applications.
• Highly developed interpersonal skills.
