The essence of the role

As our new ROLE you will:

  • Server Administration: Installations and Configurations: Deploy and configure Windows Server operating systems on physical and virtual servers.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as updates, patches, and system optimizations.
  • Monitor server performance and ensure the availability and reliability of servers.
  • Active Directory Management: Administer user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Active Directory environment.
  • Domain Controller Management: Maintain and manage domain controllers for authentication and authorization.
  • Manage VMware Infrastructure - Deploy, monitor, and troubleshoot virtual machines.
  • Oversee the installation, configuration, and upgrades of hardware and software within the data center.
  • Implement and enforce security policies, including firewalls, antivirus solutions, and intrusion detection systems.
  • Implement and manage backup solutions for servers and critical data.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware and software-related issues on Wintel systems.
  • Implement and enforce security best practices to protect sensitive data and information.

 Who are you?

In order to contribute to this role, you have:

  • Educational Qualification: B. Tech /B.E./MCA
  • 5-8 years of experience IT System Administration
  • Knowledge of hardware, software, Azure, Office365, JAMF, Intune, MDM, and cloud-based solutions to oversee IT infrastructure.
  • Understanding cybersecurity principles and best practices.
  • Security Tools DLP, Forcepoint, Mac Environment Administration,
  • VMware, Storage, SAN network
  • Good Communication and stakeholders’ management skills.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework.

 Big plus!

You’ll stand out from the crowd if you have:

  • Understanding of Linux OS, Networking, Firewalls
  • Data Center Management Experience
  • Security Audit and Good Hand on SOP.
