Job Description
We are seeking a System Economy Manager to join our dynamic and innovative gaming company. This is a full-time, on-site position in Vaughan. You will be responsible for analyzing complex data, providing actionable insights, and contributing to the growth of our gaming experiences. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical skillset and passion for the gaming industry. Responsibilities include analyzing game data, building financial models, and working with cross-functional teams to optimize game economics. The successful candidate will be a proactive, assertive self-starter, driven by goals rather than tasks.
Must have:
- Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field.
- 5+ years in similar analytical roles in the iGaming industry.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills.
Good to have:
- Experience with PowerBI
- Familiarity with statistical tools and models (R, SAS)
- Previous supervisory/managerial experience

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Math, Engineering, Economics, or another quantitative field.
- 5+ years in similar analytical roles in the social casino/iGaming industry.
- Proficient in SQL and experience with complex data queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex data into actionable insights.
- Passion for the social gaming industry and an adaptable attitude.
- Personal values - Pro activeness, assertiveness, goals and not tasks driven self -management
