System Planner
Job Summary
Job Description
The System Planner is responsible for the planning and design of game systems, including the creation of system design documents and flowcharts. They will design system data structures and attribute tables, collaborating with numerical planners on value planning. This role requires close communication with programmers to implement and refine systems, along with debugging and developing solutions for any issues. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in system planning, a passion for gaming (with at least 3 games played extensively), strong execution skills, self-motivation, and responsibility. Experience with Diablo-like games is a plus.
Must have:
- 1+ year system planning experience
- Deep understanding of game systems
- Excellent communication & collaboration skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in system design documentation
Good to have:
- Experience with Diablo-like games
- Experience with data structure design

1、负责游戏系统规划设计，系统设计文档编写及流程图制作；
2、负责系统数据结构设计及属性表格制作；
3、负责与数值策划沟通数值规划；
4、负责与程序沟通并推进系统实现制作；
5、负责系统调试与问题解决方案制定。
任职要求：
1、一年以上系统策划工作经验；
2、热爱游戏，有3款以上深度体验的游戏（游戏时长100小时以上），有自己的总结和认知；
3、执行力高，沟通清楚需求后，尽快落地和调优；
4、有一定自驱力，对自己负责的内容有明确的责任感；
5、有暗黑like产品项目经验或深度体验经验者优先。
