Job Description

Smilegate RPG is seeking a System Planner for their LOST ARK Mobile project. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in system development processes. Responsibilities include designing rules aligned with content intentions, system architecture and UX design, efficient data structure design and management, and utilizing Excel and Word proficiently. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of game structures, mobile MMORPG development experience, and extensive mobile MMORPG gameplay experience. Experience from initial development through launch and live service is highly valued. The role is based in Seongnam, South Korea.

Must have:

5+ years system development experience
Excellent communication skills
Logical thinking and problem-solving
Content rule design & system architecture
Data structure design & management
Proficient in Excel and Word

Good to have:

Deep understanding of game structures
Mobile MMORPG development experience
Extensive mobile MMORPG gameplay experience
Experience from initial development to live service

자격요건

- 시스템 개발 프로세스에 대한 실무 경력 5년 이상 - 원활한 의사 소통 능력 - 논리적인 사고와 높은 문제 해결 능력

필요역량

- 컨텐츠 의도에 맞는 룰을 디자인하고 시스템 구조 및 UX 설계 - 효율적인 데이터 구조 설계 및 관리 능력 - 중급 이상 Excel 및 Word 활용 능력

우대사항

- 게임 구조에 대한 이해가 높은 분 - 모바일 MMORPG 게임 개발 경험이 있는 분 - 모버일 MMORPG 게임 플레이 경험이 많은 분 - 초기 개발부터 런칭/라이브 서비스까지 경험이 있는 분
