Summary

System Programmer position in Minato-ku, Tokyo, Japan. Responsibilities include designing, proposing, and implementing system programs for new projects; researching and developing system programs targeting the latest hardware (file systems, large-scale asset systems, job systems, memory management); building and improving the CI environment (automatic test environment, build flow); and game engine maintenance and optimization. Requires experience creating games with C++ and deep knowledge of implementing low-level layers in game production. New graduates or those without industry experience are encouraged to apply, emphasizing transferable skills. Desirable experience includes game engine production, optimization, maintenance, console SDK usage, and in-depth knowledge of cutting-edge game production technology and hardware.

Eligibility

  • Have experience in creating games with C++

For new graduates, there is no need to meet all of the eligibility requirements. 
For those with no experience in the industry, it is not necessary to meet all of the eligibility requirements, but please appeal mainly with your abilities to compensate for this. 

Desirable experiences, etc. (not required)

  • Experience in game engine production, optimization, and maintenance
  • Experience in using a SDK for console platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of cutting-edge game production technology
  • In-depth knowledge of hardware
  • In-depth knowledge and experience with high-end games
