Job Description

The Systems Analyst - II will be responsible for managing the Mobility Co-Sell and OEM partner referral program leads. This includes daily review of new leads, weekly meetings with partners, dashboard enhancements, individual outreach, lead assignment research and correction, SFDC ticket management, and collaboration with OEM and client SFDC teams to ensure comprehensive and matching lead data. The role also involves tracking SFDC stages, compiling effective reporting on lead data, managing the Infomanager site, and providing weekly operational updates. This position requires strong project management and communication skills.

Excellent communicator both in spoken and written word with a passion for developing exciting content and driving engagement Stellar organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities to successful completion. Ability to build successful relationships with internal and external stakeholders Be comfortable working in a fast paced, ever-changing environment Reporting and analytical skills Strong familiarity with Google Workspace including Gmail, Slides, Docs, Forms and more Responsibilities: Management of the Mobility Co-Sell and OEM partner referral program leads Daily review of new leads Meets weekly with partner to discuss data matching at the individual lead level Dashboard enhancements for better lead stage tracking Individual outreach on each lead to the assigned client  salesperson to ensure leads are being worked and dispositioned Research and correct lead assignment: No lead assignment, Incorrect lead assignment, Incomplete lead assignment Open chatter tickets in SFDC as needed Follow up on all tickets and provide outreach to the client salesperson or SFDC IT as needed Work between the OEM and client SFDC teams to have more comprehensive and matching lead data come across including proper field entry, address, company, and user information as well as other business identifiers like DUNS SFDC stage tracking through reporting or with individual opportunity from time the leads comes from OEM to client through stage 5 closed won (lost) Compile effective reporting on all leads including reason for inaccurate lead data, not assigned, incorrect assignment, and feedback by stage including disqualified, unqualified and all SFDC stages. Work with SFDC IT and OEM to ensure the proper data is being collected on OEM side and crosses over from OEM to client during the handoff Own the Infomanager site for the OEM Referral Program: content, links, information, updates, etc. Provide weekly operational updates including lead quantity, fallout, progress by stage, sales results, estimated GA volume by stage, New Logo, etc. Education: Bachelor's Degree Note: Remote - prefer Eastern or Central time zone workers Pay Range: $30hr - $32hr on w2 The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
