This role requires a proactive, strategic recruiter who can manage the entire hiring lifecycle, ensuring top-quality talent acquisition for our clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process, from sourcing to onboarding.
  • IT & Non-IT Hiring: Handle recruitment across diverse industries and roles.
  • International & Domestic Hiring: Execute hiring strategies for local and global clients.
  • Sourcing & Screening: Utilize job portals, social media, headhunting, and networking for talent acquisition.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers and clients to understand job requirements and deliver quality candidates.
  • Offer Negotiation: Manage salary discussions, offer rollouts, and candidate onboarding.
  • Market Research: Stay updated with industry trends, hiring challenges, and best practices.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate hiring reports and candidate databases.
Required Skills & Qualifications
✔ MBA in HR (Mandatory).
✔ Minimum 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with a staffing background.
✔ Strong experience in IT and Non-IT hiring (Domestic & International).
✔ Proven ability to source, screen, and hire quality candidates within deadlines.
✔ Excellent knowledge of job portals, LinkedIn, and other hiring tools.
✔ Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
✔ Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
