This internship focuses on supporting the Wizz Talent Acquisition team at BeReal. Responsibilities include coordinating recruiting efforts, managing candidate applications and communication, conducting pre-qualifications, monitoring candidate pipelines, partnering with TA members on role development, sourcing, interviewing, and closing strategies. The ideal candidate will ensure a positive candidate experience and contribute to BeReal's employer brand. The role requires strong analytical and organizational skills, familiarity with a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication skills. A prior experience in recruitment is a plus. This is a 3-6 month internship based in Paris.
