About the team

Right now we’re on a journey to transform our in-house Talent Acquisition capabilities, and you’ll be joining and contributing at a critical point in our evolution. Your role will stretch you as we advise the business and stakeholders on talent strategies to be seen as a trusted partner across the HR function and the business. The work you do will leave a lasting and positive imprint on the candidates, hiring leaders and colleagues that you work with.  

About the role

The Talent Acquisition Partner at Haleon will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for positions mainly in Hungary and Romania. You will be driving recruitment strategies and partnering with hiring managers to deliver top talent to the organization. In this role you will leverage the experience and knowledge of recruitment best practices to attract and hire top talent while delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Act as a talent advisor for hiring managers by understanding their business needs, developing effective recruitment strategies, and delivering top talent to the organization.

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.

  • Coordinate the offer process aligned with the company rewards policy, including negotiating salaries and benefits with candidates.

  • Drive candidate’s engagement and a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

  • Use data to drive recruitment decisions and provide regular updates to stakeholders, hiring managers and / or HRBPs.

  • Influence peers, providing guidance and support on recruitment best practices and process improvements.

  • Identify and propose simple changes for local process, focused on continuously improving recruitment processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Why you?

Basic Qualifications:

  • Min. 4-5 years of full cycle in-house recruiting or a mix of an in-house and agency background in complex organizations.

  • Strong track of record in building partnership relationships with stakeholders (hiring managers, candidates, HRBPs, TA team members).

  • Throughout expertise in developing effective multi-channel recruitment strategies.

  • Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices and market trends.

  • Proficiency in Hungarian and English, both written and spoken. Additional languages, like Romanian, would be an asset.

  • Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

  • Results-driven mindset, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

  • Analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive recruitment decisions.
