Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products. Your tasks include managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process, collaborating with Hiring Managers, managing open positions in the ATS, and delivering weekly progress reports. The role requires a focus on IT roles, proficiency with ATS and sourcing platforms, and in-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends. You will work independently in a fast-paced environment and must have excellent communication skills. We are currently seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our Talent Acquisition team. As part of our team, you will be responsible for recruiting top technical professionals for Veeam products.

Your tasks will include:

  • Manage end-to-end talent acquisition process, from sourcing to offer acceptance
  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers to develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies
  • Manage open positions in Greenhouse ATS, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Deliver weekly progress reports and conduct market intelligence analysis

What we expect from you:

  • Proven track record in full-cycle technical recruitment, with a focus on IT roles
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
  • In-depth knowledge of IT recruitment trends, challenges, and best practices
  • Strong analytical skills for data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to thrive independently in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Sufficient proficiency in English to effectively communicate with international teams
