Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Senior Associate, you will play a key role in driving the talent acquisition strategy for PwC ETIC. You will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes, sourcing top talent, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to recruitment, as well as the ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of talent acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Strategy & Sourcing:

    • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and team culture.
    • Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to identify top-tier talent.
    • Use a variety of sourcing channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and direct outreach.
  • Recruitment Process Management:

    • Lead the end-to-end recruitment process for senior-level and specialized positions.
    • Manage candidate pipelines, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
    • Partner with hiring managers to ensure effective interview processes and assessment techniques.
  • Candidate Experience:

    • Provide a high-touch and personalized experience for all candidates.
    • Ensure timely communication and feedback throughout the hiring process.
    • Support candidates during the onboarding process to ensure smooth transitions.
  • Data & Reporting:

    • Track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, candidate quality) and provide regular reports to HR leadership.
    • Use data and analytics to drive continuous improvements in the recruitment process.
  • Employer Branding:

    • Advocate for PwC ETIC's employer brand in all recruitment activities.
    • Participate in career fairs, networking events, and online forums to promote the company and its culture.
  • Team Leadership & Mentorship:

    • Mentor and provide guidance to junior talent acquisition team members.
    • Contribute to the development and refinement of talent acquisition best practices and policies.
  • Market Insights & Trends:

    • Stay informed about talent market trends and competitor hiring practices.
    • Provide insights to leadership on market trends and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly.

Qualifications

  • Education:
    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • Experience:
    • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in talent acquisition.
    • Proven track record of recruiting for diverse roles, including senior and executive-level positions.
    • Experience with ATS systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse, Lever) and recruitment tools.
  • Skills:
    • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong relationship-building abilities with both internal teams and external candidates.
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
    • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple open roles simultaneously.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.
