Job Description

As a Talent Acquisition Trainee at Devoteam, you'll receive comprehensive training to become a successful team member. Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Lead, you'll help ensure the company has the right people in the right roles. Key responsibilities include sourcing high-caliber technical candidates through various channels (online job boards, social media, networking, referrals). You'll contribute to the overall success of Devoteam by identifying and attracting top talent. The role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactiveness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of urgency. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Description
