Sword Health is seeking a Talent Acquisition Trainee to support its global hiring efforts. This 12-month trainee program offers hands-on experience in reviewing applicants, scheduling interviews, and maintaining an applicant tracking system. The role involves contributing to the company's growth by hiring exceptional talent. Sword Health is looking for a Talent Acquisition Trainee to support our growing company by helping to hire exceptional talent across the globe. This is an exciting time to join Sword Health, and this role will directly contribute to our company's most important asset: our people.

What you’ll be doing:

    • Support the Talent Acquisition team in reviewing applicants and identifying strong candidates;
    • Assist with scheduling candidates throughout the interview process, ensuring a positive experience;
    • Learn to maintain accurate and detailed documentation within our applicant tracking system (Lever);
    • Work closely with team members to understand and contribute to quality candidate assessment.

What you need to have:

    • Bachelor or Master's Degree in Work/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources or other relevant areas;
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail;
    • Strong verbal and written English skills;
    • A problem-solver mindset and comfort with learning new things in a fast-paced environment;
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
