- Employee Engagement:
Foster a culture of inclusion and engagement by implementing initiatives that promote satisfaction, well-being, and alignment with Flying Bark’s values.
- Recruitment & Contracting:
Partner with Producers and Recruitment to attract and secure top talent. Manage visas, contracts, and relocation processes to ensure a seamless hiring experience.
- Performance Management:
Support crew in achieving their best by addressing challenges professionally, conducting performance reviews, and managing grievances in collaboration with the People & Culture Manager.
- Offboarding & Alumni Engagement:
Ensure respectful offboarding processes and maintain relationships with former employees to encourage potential rehires or advocacy for Flying Bark.
