- Assist in the allocation of jobs for staff within Tax business units and managing various stakeholders as part of the process
- Monitor staff utilisation rate and prepare monthly reports as necessary
- Ensure data integrity by updating the resource database promptly and resolving any data discrepancies
- Process service requests for document management access rights and other business related requests
- Participate in team discussions and work closely with engagement and technology units for continual process improvements
- Conduct new staff orientation and assisting in other administrative tasks as required
- 2 - 3 years of relevant administration work experience
- Highly motivated and resourceful
- Strong interpersonal and communications skills, confidence and maturity to liaise with all people of all levels
- Able to work effectively in an environment with multiple stakeholders
- Good excel skills
