Minimum Qualifications／歓迎条件 - 1-3 years of working experience in Japanese tax - 1~3年日本税務に関する実務経験 Preferred Qualifications - This role will be Tokyo based. - Bachelor degree or above, majoring in Finance/Accounting/Tax/Management is preferred. - Proficient in Japanese, English, Mandarin. - Be proficient in using office software such as Word and Excel, and be capable of conducting data processing and data analysis. - Have a strong learning ability. Able to understand quickly the company's operation, interpret the latest tax laws/regulations and provide recommendations on how the company should navigate in the changing tax environment. - Be highly motivated and able to actively face various challenges. - Have strong team work skills. - Possess excellent communication skills. - Have basic knowledge of finance/taxation.
