Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Taxation Manager to join our team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, preferably within the broking industry. As a Taxation Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of tax compliance and planning for the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Compliance with GST & Income Tax Provisions
2. Prepare Direct and Indirect (GST & TDS) tax provisions, returns payments, reports.
3. Organism and update the Company's tax database.
4. Should be responsible for Registration/ amendment in GST.
5. Responsible for preparation and submission of replies of various GST notices.
6. Keep up-to-date with tax changes and follow industry trends.
7. Liaison with internal and external auditors.
8. Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures.
9. Keen attention to detail.
10. Knowledge of SAP.
11. Preferably from a Broking background.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or related field; CPA, CA, or equivalent certification preferred.
2. Minimum of 5 years of experience in taxation, with specific experience in the broking industry highly desirable.
3. Strong knowledge of Indian tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.
4. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex tax laws and regulations.
5. Proficiency in tax software and MS Office suite, especially Excel.
6. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and interact with internal and external stakeholders.
7. Proven leadership abilities with experience in managing and developing a team.
