Resposibilities
- Maintaining and updating inventory records.
- Conduct stock count for consumables, equipment, merchandises, or supplies in stock.
- Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records.
- Developing or improving inventory management procedures. (if necessary)
- Stocking and distributing supplies, equipment, or merchandise.
- Monitoring and assisting all departments regarding fulfilment and delivery for items under Inventory Team’s purview.
- Responsible for verification of Delivery Order (DO) items when receiving goods by referring the Purchase Order (PO) and filling of Goods Received Notes (GRN).
- To assist Procurement team with asset tagging.
- Assist supervisor and team members with day-to-day and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least DIPLOMA/DEGREE with 1-year experience.
- Have experience with inventory/warehouse management.
- Multi-tasking, careful, attention to details, strong integrity, sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines.
- Preferably specializing in Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong in Negotiation Skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Required language(s): English, Malay.
- Ability to operate reach truck and forklift is preferred.
