- Lead a 20 member team handling risk operations across multiple queues
- Own daily capacity planning, work allocation, and performance tracking
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to enhance risk rules, improve detection systems, and strengthen analytical models
- Stay up to date with evolving risk trends and regulations, and adapt processes accordingly
- Drive process excellence across end-to-end risk operations to improve team efficiency and turnaround time for customers
What you’ll do:-

- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Advanced Excel skills and comfort working with large datasets
- Capacity planning and operational rigor
- Structured communicator with solid stakeholder management
- Detail-oriented with a strong risk-first approach
- Product mindset to improve how risk ops function end-to-end
