Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Offline Merchants QR to sell products and services, represent the brand, and manage customer relationships. The role involves managing customer contacts from initial lead outreach to purchase. The ideal candidate will have a smartphone, bike, and helmet, possess a growth mindset, and have good market knowledge. Previous experience in channel sales, handling a sales team of 5 members, and understanding distribution, expansion, and metrics are required. Skills in Excel and sales data tools are beneficial.

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution

3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
