Job Description
Paytm is seeking a Team Lead for Sales, focusing on Offline Merchants QR. The role involves selling products or services, representing the brand, and managing customer relationships from initial contact to purchase. The ideal candidate must possess a smartphone, bike, and helmet, have a strong desire for growth, and good market knowledge. Prior experience in channel sales with management of a sales team of at least 5 members is required. Understanding of distribution, expansion, and metrics, along with experience in enabling team earnings through incentives, is crucial.

1. More than 3 years experience in Channel & Distribution
2. Team handing experience is a must
3. Good in Excel & data tools required in Sales
Education
Graduate or above / Post Graduation preferred.
