Team Lead (Supervisor Operations)

The Team Lead (Supervisor Operations) is responsible for supervising the daily functions of the Digital Print Ad Intel production department. Key responsibilities include monitoring and managing delivery schedules, recommending personnel actions, coordinating training, coaching and mentoring direct reports, ensuring data quality, managing workflow, coordinating with vendors, liaising with other production teams, recommending process improvements, communicating production delays, and providing support for other Ad Intel deliverables. The role requires independent work, meeting quality and output benchmarks, strong communication and interpersonal skills, creative problem-solving, analytical abilities, strong organizational skills, responsiveness to feedback, alignment with Nielsen's core values, and the ability to build team engagement. Basic computer skills are also required.
