Mercer Marsh Benefits is seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our Consulting Delivery team in Bristol. As a global leader in the health and benefits marketplace, we operate in 135 countries, designing benefits solutions that meet the needs of businesses and their people.

What can you expect? 

You will lead and engage a team, taking ownership of all aspects of talent management in line with the MMB framework. You will be accountable for the quality of service provided by your team, driving continual improvement in quality, efficiency, and service delivery.

We will count on you to:

  • Manage team performance and proactively address issues in line with MMB framework.
  • Oversee talent management, including retention, recruitment, and onboarding of new team members.
  • Drive colleague engagement through action planning and continuous focus.
  • Ensure effective training and development plans are in place for all team members.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives within your team and ensure adherence to best practices.
     

What you need to have:

  • Proven experience managing an administration team.
  • Experience conducting specialised technical checks on colleagues' work.
  • Strong project management skills and a focus on continuous improvement.
  • Proficient IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
