Betsson Group is a major player in the online gaming industry with a significant presence in Latin America, including operations in Argentina, Brazil, Colombia, Chile, Mexico, and Peru. They are investing in the region for the long term, obtaining licenses in Brazil and partnering with football clubs. The company is seeking an experienced Tech Recruiter to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of technology, stay updated on industry trends, and be adept at communicating with technical stakeholders, colleagues, and candidates. Responsibilities include understanding stakeholder briefs, managing the recruitment process from start to finish, utilizing sourcing tools, building talent pipelines, and strengthening Betsson Group's employer brand.

  • Proficiency in Boolean search and direct sourcing
  • Strong stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to build trust and communicate tech effectively

Not just any Recruiter though, we’re looking for someone who can show us a thing or two. You’ll know your tech inside out, be up on the latest trends and feel quite at home talking tech with stakeholders, colleagues and candidates alike. Perhaps you’re a Boolean search string genius or simply the most connected in the industry. Either way we want to hear from you!

Reporting into the Regional HR Manager you will build long standing business relationships with key stakeholders from day one and be given the opportunity to grow and develop beyond what you are today. What we are looking for? 

  • Tech Recruitment-you are an expert in what you do and know what makes Tech talent ‘tick’ and most importantly how to find them! 
  • Understanding stakeholder briefs and executing right through to offer management 
  • The latest resourcing tools and direct search methods! 
  • Stakeholder management-you’re a natural at building relationships and trust through delivery and comfortable talking Tech at all levels 
  • Holding yourself accountable for deliverables, following KPI’s, crunching numbers and quantifying your activity 
  • Creating and executing campaigns to help achieve the most traction for those niche and difficult to find profiles 
  • Using your creativity and network to leverage external communications positioning Betsson Group as the Employer of Choice  

 

A flavour of what you'll be doing 

  • You’ll have your own areas of focus within the Tech organisation-yet be agile enough to move where the business needs you 
  • Partnering with Hiring Managers to solve key hiring problems 
  • Using a range of sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter to deliver on hiring briefs as well as build pipelines 
  • Managing the recruitment process, coaching hiring managers on best practise and keeping things moving and all parties informed 
  • Networking within the field of tech local, national and Globally-building those pipelines for when we need them 
  • Screening and interviewing tech profiles and assessing both technical competencies and culture fit
