Technical Account Managers are the primary contact for Varonis customers and the first line of defense for data. They provide onboarding and proactive on-going value and support to Varonis customers. A successful Technical Account Manager must be a motivated self-starter, committed to on-going self-development and education and possess strong technical acumen and customer service skills. Responsibilities include ensuring data protection, onboarding customers, providing support, conducting reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, learning new products, aiding in renewals, serving as the primary technical contact, advocating for customers, and engaging with various organizational levels to resolve technical issues and create knowledge base content.
