We are developing a fair game, that is a reflection of football, rather than the football industry. We are creating a game that’s fun right away, driven by gameplay, and where mastery will lead to the most competitive esports scene. Welcome to the art team

We are building our dream game and are looking for a Technical Artist to join our talented team. We have exciting technical challenges ahead of us and this is a unique opportunity to get a chance to be part of building a game from the early stage and to push the boundaries of what can be done with procedural generation of assets for Unreal Engine.

Our characters are procedurally generated and still need to look unique and individual. Combined with our high-performance ambitions for a broad range of hardware, this provides a great mix of creativity and tech and is an exciting project for you as a technical artist to be part of our passionate, very creative, and ever-evolving art team.


At GOALS, you will...

  • Work on shaders and materials to make our game stand out.
  • Analyse and improve the rendering performance.
  • Create tools for artists in Unreal Engine
  • Collaborate with artists, engineers, and animators to build great-looking and performant features.
  • Work closely with character and environment artists to support optimization and systems.


    Ideally you have...

    • 3+ years of professional experience as a Technical Artist.
    • Shipped at least one game
    • Experience with Blueprints in Unreal Engine.
    • Knowledge of creating particles and VFX.
    • Familiar with modular and procedural workflows.
    • Art asset implementation and optimization knowledge. 

        

      About the Employment

      The position is permanent and you can work from our Stockholm office, hybrid, or fully remote from anywhere in Europe. It is important that you are able to communicate unhindered in verbal/written English.
