Job Description

As a Technical Compliance Analyst at EveryMatrix, you will assess products to meet regulatory requirements, identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks, write business requirements based on legislation analysis, and support the process. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, investigate and resolve compliance issues, keep up-to-date with regulations, provide training, maintain records, and work with external bodies. The role requires a global mindset and flexibility in a fast-paced iGaming environment.
Must have:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in iGaming.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming regulations.
Good to have:
  • Certification in business analysis.
  • Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies.

About the role:

As the iGaming industry is governed by complex laws that are ever evolving, we are looking for someone who has a global mindset and is flexible, because in our day-to-day activities, we must view our products and operations from multiple perspectives: client’s and regulator’s expectations, functional, security requirements, operational etc.


Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed assessments of existing products to ensure they meet regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and document compliance gaps and potential risks.
  • Write the business requirements resulted from the legislation analysis, submit via the EveryMatrix Features process and support the process as needed.
  • Offer support to Delivery Managers and Product Managers to establish the appropriate solution that would satisfy the requirement and ensure compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, both internal and on the client side, including product development, legal, and compliance to ensure alignment with regulatory standards.
  • Document the compliance features implemented for different markets and keep this knowledge base up to date.
  • Investigate and resolve compliance issues, including potential violations and breaches.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in regulations and industry standards, and advise the company on necessary adjustments.
  • Provide training and support to staff on compliance-related matters.
  • Maintain detailed records of compliance activities and findings.
  • Work closely with external regulatory bodies and stakeholders to ensure ongoing compliance.
  • Actively contribute in tenders where technical compliance information is needed.
  • Participate and contribute in audits and regulatory reviews as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the iGaming or gambling industry.
  • Experience with regulatory compliance in multiple jurisdictions.
  • Strong understanding of iGaming regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex regulatory documents and identify compliance gaps.
  • Proficient in MS Office and Jira.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in using business analysis tools and software.

 Preferred Skills:  

  • Certification in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or a related field.
  • Familiarity with risk management and audit processes.
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and technologies in the iGaming industry.

  • Start with 25 days of annual leave, with 2 additional days added each year, up to 35 days by your fifth year with us.

  • Hybrid work schedule: 60% work from the office and 40% work from home per quarter (during your first 3 months, you'll be in the office full-time).
