Job Summary
Job Description
The Technical Designer collaborates with various departments to implement game features based on a shared design vision. Responsibilities include participating in play sessions to evaluate implemented mechanics, improving documentation to reflect the current state of assets and mechanics, and writing code in an object-oriented scripting language (C-like). The role requires a proactive approach to enhancing the player experience and strong communication skills. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of relevant industry experience and proficiency in scripting.

- Enfusion engine experience

Job Description
- Collaborating with other departments to implement solutions for features based on a shared vision of design
- Participating in regular play sessions and checking the state of implemented mechanics
- Improving, adjusting, and enhancing documentation according to the actual state of mechanics and assets
- Writing code in an object-oriented scripting language (Clike)
Education/Skills
- 3+ years of relevant industry experience
- Good scripting capabilities
- Proactive approach; you are constantly seeking to improve a player’s experience
- Good spoken and written English
Nice to have
- Basic knowledge of game cloud systems (backend, Rest-API, databases)
- Experience with our Enfusion engine and/or modding the Arma series is a huge plus
