Job Description
As a Technical Designer, your responsibilities include quickly prototyping and iterating on new ideas, creating clear and concise design documentation, collaborating closely with engineering to align on technical requirements, and refining gameplay elements to deliver a polished and engaging player experience. This role requires a minimum of a bachelor's degree and 2+ years of work experience, with a passion for indie games and a drive to build innovative and unique products.
Must have:
- Proficient knowledge of Unity engine and Unity C# scripts.
- Solid understanding of game mechanics and game feelings (UI/UX, feedback, fun gameplay).
- Good aesthetics with close attention to details.
- Experience in level design and game development.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Passionate about indie games and a motivated self-starter.

- Desire to build something innovative and unique.
Good to have:
- Experience in narrative design.
- Experience in survival game design.
- Coding background.
