  • Drive productivity and innovation by leading digital delivery initiatives and integrating cutting-edge technologies.

Qualifications

  • Tertiary qualification in engineering with 20+ years of experience, suitable to hold (or obtain) RPEQ status in Queensland.
  • Proven experience as Design Manager for major transport infrastructure projects, including work with TMR.
  • Knowledge of the Queensland consulting services market, including Business Cases, D&C, and ECI/ETI delivery.
  • Strong leadership with a focus on achieving results, growing teams, and balancing priorities.
  • Excellent client relationships, business development experience, and understanding of resourcing planning and forecasting.
