What Are We Looking For?

Experience - 8+ Years
Location -  India (Hybrid)

Roles and responsibilities:

Provide on-call support of production infrastructure and applications
Ability to script (Bash or Python) and be an IaC advocate in the team using Terraform
Provide supporting systems that have a web presence and maintaining uptime Should participate in a rotating on-call pool
Implement infrastructure and architectural designs and collaborate closely with engineering teams
Implement security best practices for data at rest, and data in motion
Drive key initiatives by implementing the necessary framework and sharing it further for adoption by the entire team
Identify requirements and implement tools that aid in faster deployment and better administration
Work with cloud architects and developers to create supportable designs and debug problems
Support development and testing environments on the cloud for customers.
Create “knowledge” articles and documentation to help internal teams and customers understand and leverage the systems capabilities
Ability to self-learn and explore new technologies
Provide guidance to coach, motivate team members to promote the culture of continuous learning

Required skill sets:

Very strong Knowledge of Kubernetes, Helm, Git, AWS EKS in Production.
Hands on experience working with Observability platforms and solutions like Observe.
Knowledge of application clustering/ load balancing
Solid experience with Amazon Web Services (AWS)
Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible, and AWS Cloud formation
Knowledge of cloud monitoring tools and integration with application stacks
In-depth knowledge of Linux operating systems like Centos or Ubuntu
Knowledge of Security and Compliance using AWS WAF, AWS Inspector, Application VAPT, AWS Config, Cloud trail, and AWS GuardDuty would be a plus
Experience with Git
Experience with managing SaaS service uptimes and SLOs
Experience with incident management
Excellent oral and written communication
Exceptional problem solving and analytical skills
Good to have experience in Azure / GCP / MongoDB
