Technical Lead (ReactJs) with 3+ years experience in leading development teams. Must have expertise in React, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS, PostgreSQL, and Redis. Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and MinIO is a plus.

Job Details
A Technical Lead is considered a leader, developer, and architect all in one, which defines their essential skill set: As a leader, they supervise team members, delegate tasks, issue feedback, evaluate risks, and resolve conflicts. As a developer, they apply programming tools, utilize design patterns, perform automated testing, and refactor code. As an architect, they perform technical assessments, oversee development lifecycles, direct release management, and adhere to federal regulations.

Educational Qualifications
Must Have
Frontend: React, Next.js, Typescript, Tailwind CSS
Database: PostgreSQL, Redis
Good to have: Docker, Kubernetes, MinIO
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establishing project specifications and technical direction.
- Creating a framework of technical standards and procedures.
- Overseeing software quality and system modifications.
- Guiding team members with troubleshooting technical issues.
- Analyzing existing operations to identify risks and redundancies.
- Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop solutions.
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team.
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
- Liaising with team members, management, and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard.
- Identifying risks and forming contingency plans proactively.
- Analyzing existing operations and scheduling training sessions and meetings to discuss improvements.
- Keeping up to date with industry trends and developments.
- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required.
- Motivating staff and creating a space where they can ask questions and voice their concerns.
- Being transparent with the team about challenges, failures, and successes.
- Writing progress reports and delivering presentations to the relevant stakeholders
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & COMPETENCIES
Educational Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/ Engineering/ Technology or related field
- Over all 8+ years & At least 3 years exp as technical lead
- Solid technical background with understanding and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross-functional teams in a matrix organization.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- English
- Arabic will be an added advantage
- Self-Motivated
- Effective Interpersonal and Communication Skills. Analytical Skills, learning concepts and applying them to other problems.
- Effective questioning, knowledge levels and Coordination.
- Effective Communication methods – Face to face, telephone, electronic.
- Effective coordination & Communication with customers & stakeholders Maintaining confidence & credibility
- Effective teamwork.
