Summary

The Technical Partner Enablement Engineer at Zscaler accelerates partner programs and initiatives. Collaborating with various teams (Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Management, Sales Enablement), this role focuses on building deep partner engagement. Responsibilities include delivering partner accreditation programs, supporting webinars/events, developing partner certifications, maintaining Zscaler product expertise, developing partner demos and workshops, facilitating internal training, defining enablement plans, creating technical content, identifying learning gaps, and reporting on program outcomes. This position requires strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills.
Must have:

The Zscaler's Partner Enablement Team is hiring a Technical Partner Enablement Engineer to accelerate programs and initiatives. You will work with teams including Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering, Product Management, and Sales Enablement to build deep engagement with all our partners. You are organized, have strong communication skills, and confidence in relationship building. Reporting to the Manager of Partner Technical Enablement, you will:

  • Deliver partner accreditation programs and product update enablement; Support monthly Partner Enablement webinars & events; Help develop partner certifications
  • Establish and maintain expertise on Zscaler's products and sales methodology; Help to develop the process and curation for partner demos, proof of concepts, and architectural workshops
  • Facilitate training sessions with Zscaler's internal partner organization; Engage with Partner Engineering and Partner Enablement teams to identify, prioritize, develop, and execute enablement plans, content, and programs
  • Define and deliver formal and informal technical training sessions for partner resources; Support the creation of technical content including how to implement specific use cases or best practices for new technologies
  • Leverage data to identify gaps and key learning opportunities for the partner community; Benchmark, track, and report on metrics to improve programs outcomes

What We're Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Technical Enablement or Sales Engineering; experience working independently in a fast-paced growth environment
  • Proven presentation skills dispensing knowledge to an experienced audience
  • Experience planning, prioritizing, executing, and following up in a timely manner and anticipating roadblocks
  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects to ensure on-time delivery and quality; Ability to work flexible hours to communicate with US and EMEA

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Experience with System Integrators, Value Added Resellers, Service Providers, or Distributors.
  • Cisco Certified Network Associate - CCNA
  • An understanding of the full partner sales lifecycle (opportunity identification, assessment, selling, delivery/support, and expansions)
