Overview
We are looking for an experienced
Technical Product Owner to lead the successful delivery of a critical product feature aimed for completion by the end of the year. The focus of this initiative is the
migration of member benefit management functionality from the legacy
VCP engine to Eagle Eye, with
Optimus acting as the middleware translator.
You will be the central point of contact across engineering, design, architecture, and business teams, ensuring alignment between strategic goals and technical execution. This is a fast-paced and highly visible role where you will be expected to lead with clarity, technical depth, and operational precision.
Job Responsibilities - Own and drive the full lifecycle of the member benefit management migration feature.
- Develop technical requirements, product roadmaps, and detailed specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business goals are translated into scalable technical solutions.
- Guide the selection and integration of cloud platforms and middleware tools in alignment with enterprise architecture standards.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies and maintain a clear backlog, ensuring prioritization aligns with project milestones.
- Act as a bridge between VCP, Eagle Eye, and Optimus teams to ensure seamless data translation and system interoperability.
- Monitor and manage project risks, interdependencies, and delivery timelines.
- Oversee quality assurance, testing, and validation to ensure high technical standards.
- Track and report progress to stakeholders and executive leadership with clarity and transparency.
- Foster a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and engineering excellence.
Basic Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical product management or ownership roles.
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-platform projects from inception to deployment.
- Deep understanding of cloud computing platforms and system integration strategies.
- Strong familiarity with middleware architecture and API/data translation patterns.
- Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
