Job Description

This Technical Program Manager role at Google focuses on Data Center compliance, requiring fluent Bahasa Indonesian/Malaysian communication to manage partners in Indonesia and Malaysia. Responsibilities include aligning Data Center programs with audit/compliance expectations, managing on-site audits, collaborating on strategic development of the compliance program, enhancing processes to support compliance, and creating program documentation and training. The ideal candidate will have experience with government/regulatory bodies and strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years program/technical project management experience
Fluent Bahasa Indonesia/Malaysian
Partner management (Indonesia & Malaysia)
Compliance program development
Audit management
Process improvement

Good to have:

Government/regulatory body interaction
Change management
Communication strategy
Program generalist experience

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
2 years of experience in program or technical project management.
Ability to communicate in Bahasa fluently to manage Indonesia and Malaysia based partners.

Preferred qualifications:

Experience interacting with various government and regulatory bodies.
Experience in program management, change management, communication strategy, and program generalist work.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills, with the ability to construct, articulate, and defend simple and impactful messages/insights from analysis.
Excellent attention to detail and time management skills, with the ability to grow in an ambiguous environment.

Responsibilities

Partner closely with Data Center teams to ensure that their programs align to audit/compliance expectations and help prepare them for future audits.
Coordinate, manage, and execute on site audits from various sources (customer, insurance, etc.) with internal and external stakeholders.
Lead and collaborate with the team and partners to help shape and drive the tactical and strategic development of the Data Center compliance program.
Help enhance, transform, create, or deprecate practices and processes, with the key objective of supporting the compliance and audit requirements across the organization.
Create and maintain program documentation and training.
