As a Technical Program Manager at Zscaler, you will lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex technical projects related to Enterprise Data. You'll collaborate with stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners, ensuring seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives. Responsibilities include facilitating communication, tracking performance, managing issues and risks, creating project documentation (executive communications, dashboards, plans, reports), and keeping stakeholders informed. Strong leadership, cross-department collaboration, and expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana), SDLC, and Agile methodologies are essential.

We’re looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to join our Strategy & Planning team. Reporting to the VP- Strategy Planning & Execution, you will:
  • Lead the planning, execution and delivery of complex technical projects related to Enterprise Data. Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope and in alignment with business objectives
  • Collaborate closely with key business stakeholders, IT teams and external partners to ensure seamless integration and alignment of technology initiatives.
  • Facilitate effective communication and coordination among different teams and track performance against agreed upon commitments, managing issues and risks to ensure project timelines and objectives are met
  • Create project documentation, including executive level communications, dashboards, project plans and status reports. Keep stakeholders informed about project progress, milestones, and potential risks.
  • Adept at building strong working relationships and quickly establishing credibility across an organization, maintaining a high level of professionalism
What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager and a strong understanding of Enterprise Data, data analytics and data governance.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects within scope and timelines, leveraging strong leadership skills and effective cross-department collaboration.
  • Expertise in project management tools (Jira, Asana), SDLC, Agile methodologies, and a problem-solving mindset for resolving project-related issues.
  • Strong communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences, with change management expertise to guide end-users through technology transitions.
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience managing projects related to Enterprise Data
  • Change management expertise, particularly in guiding end-users through technology transitions.
  • Proficiency with project management applications such as Asana.

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

The base salary range listed for this full-time position excludes commission/ bonus/ equity (if applicable) + benefits.

Base Pay Range
$98,000$140,000 USD
