This role involves collaborating with Technical Leads, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Center Operations, and other stakeholders to define quality goals, monitor metrics, implement corrective and preventative actions, and report quality status. Responsibilities include supporting Machine Learning (ML) or Networking New Product Introductions, setting quality goals, tracking key metrics, working with stakeholders to meet or exceed quality goals, guiding data analysis, partnering with various teams to drive quality initiatives, and working with analytics and engineering teams. The position requires experience managing projects, working in data center operations, and understanding product quality. Experience with cross-functional projects and AI/ML is preferred.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
2+ years project management experience
Data center operations experience
Product quality experience
Defining quality goals and tracking metrics

Job Details

Minimum qualifications:

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $132,000-$189,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
