Job Description

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects related to the Turbolaunch tool from start to finish. Responsibilities include developing goals and strategies for Turbolaunch, partnering with stakeholders to manage a feature roadmap, reviewing engineering design documents, driving sprint planning, ensuring timely responses to customer issues, leading feature testing, maintaining documentation, and communicating feature releases and program updates. You will need excellent technical acumen to assess engineering scope, define milestones and timelines, and determine resourcing needs for complex integrations. Strong communication skills are crucial for interacting with both technical and executive teams.

Must have:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
5+ years program management experience
Cross-functional project management experience
Excellent technical acumen
Excellent communication skills

Good to have:

Experience managing cross-team projects
Ability to handle ambiguity and competing priorities

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams.
Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency.
Excellent technical acumen skills to assess engineering scope, define milestones and timelines, and determine resourcing needs for complex, cross-product integrations. Ability to work in an environment with multiple moving parts.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to executive leadership.

Responsibilities

Develop goals and strategy for the Turbolaunch tool.
Partner with business stakeholders to develop and manage a prioritized roadmap of Turbolaunch features.
Review and provide input to engineering design documents Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming.
Ensure timely response to the Turbolaunch customer issues by coordinating with the Engineering team.
Lead feature testing and User Acceptance Testing, Create and maintain tooling documentation, Send communications for feature releases. Share Program updates with stakeholders.
