Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program management.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Ability to handle ambiguity and work collaboratively with multiple internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities without loss of efficiency.
  • Excellent technical acumen skills to assess engineering scope, define milestones and timelines, and determine resourcing needs for complex, cross-product integrations. Ability to work in an environment with multiple moving parts.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to represent and prepare executive level communication and articulate business or technical concepts to executive leadership.

You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop goals and strategy for the Turbolaunch tool.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to develop and manage a prioritized roadmap of Turbolaunch features.
  • Review and provide input to engineering design documents Drive sprint planning and backlog grooming.
  • Ensure timely response to the Turbolaunch customer issues by coordinating with the Engineering team.
  • Lead feature testing and User Acceptance Testing, Create and maintain tooling documentation, Send communications for feature releases. Share Program updates with stakeholders.
