In line with our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a senior technical project manager as the team leader to lead the project team. As a senior technical project manager, you will lead a team of dedicated program managers. Your responsibility is to guide them in efficiently managing projects, building a robust project management team, and formulating clear plans for managing your products. You will steer your team towards achieving the ultimate goals by establishing well-structured production approaches and ensuring the high quality of engineering endeavors. Maintaining regular communication with the Edge Cloud Infrastructure team and other relevant groups to ensure harmonious collaboration is also of great significance. Responsibilities : - As the leader of the project management team, you'll lead a group of technical program managers. You'll need to provide guidance in project management, establish a robust project management team, offer project-oriented management solutions for your product line, and lead the project team to achieve the completion of project objectives. - As a TPM, you'll be the bridge between various teams across countries, working closely with people from Product, Engineering and various TikTok teams, driving the end-to-end delivery of new products and features to market, inspiring creativity and bring joy to our users around the globe. - Manage a variety of complex, cross-functional programs and lead all aspects of assigned programs delivery. - Create and maintain the Roadmap for the teams you work closely with, along with the respective Tech and Product leaders. - Define the way of driving these programs and constantly find ways of improving this process in a data-driven manner. You'll be the owner of the collaboration process and tools.

Mininum Qualifications - Having a technical background in the field of Internet/Cloud Computing. - Experience in managing cross-functional or cross-team projects. - Strong sense of responsibility, good at communication and cross-team collaboration. - Passionate about solving complex and challenging problems. Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or any equivalent technical field with relevant work experience. - Extensive experience in the technical industry and the field of technical program management. - Extensive experience in managing project management teams. - Proficiency in the OPM project management system, Agile and Scrum methodologies, and techniques for improving engineering efficiency.
