You're also comfortable with numbers and drawing insights from analytics to make our hiring process smarter and more efficient.

Whether recruiting the next Googler, refining Google's core programs, developing talent, or simply looking for ways to inject some more fun into the lives of our Googlers, you will bring a data-driven approach that is reinventing the human resources field. You will play an essential role advancing a more diverse, accessible, equitable, and inclusive Google through our hiring, promotion, retention, and inclusion practices.

You are a highly motivated and results-oriented Technical Recruiter with 2 years of experience in sourcing, attracting, and hiring technical talent. Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers, and to manage full-cycle recruiting processes efficiently. Adapt to utilizing various sourcing strategies, including direct sourcing, social media recruiting, and employee referrals.
