You have a strong understanding of how to translate complex workflows into streamlined automated solutions using low-code/no-code platforms. Qualifications

Experience: 

  • 4+ years of experience driving process improvements and leading digital transformation initiatives using low-code/no-code solutions. 
  • 4+ years of experience working in operational organization or supporting various operational functions, ensuring efficiency and alignment with business goals. 
  • Microsoft Power Platform Certifications: 
  • PL-900 - Power Platform Fundamentals 
  • PL-100 - Power Platform App Maker Associate 
  • PL-200 - Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate 
  • PL-400 - Power Platform Developer Associate 
  • PL-600 - Power Platform Solution Architect Expert 
  • PL-700 - Power Platform Solution Architect Associate
     

Required Qualifications: 

  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Microsoft Power Platform) 
  • Strong understanding of business process automation and workflow optimization. 
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude toward innovation. 
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Familiarity with integration between low-code platforms and other enterprise systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) is a plus. 

 

Preferred Qualifications: 

  • Familiarity with cloud platforms, AI, and business process analysis. 
  • Experience with governance and compliance in a development environment. 
  • Knowledge of integrating low-code solutions with traditional coding approaches. 
  • Demonstrated leadership in fostering innovation communities and building cross-functional teams. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Driving Digital Transformation: Lead the design, development, and deployment of solutions using low-code/no-code platforms to streamline processes and reduce manual tasks 
  • Explore: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process bottlenecks and inefficiencies and recommend improvements. 
  • Maintenance & Support: Maintain workflow automation to support business operations and drive efficiency. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to deployed solutions and ensure continuous improvement.  
  • User-Friendly Solutions: Create user-friendly applications and dashboards that enable teams to manage and monitor processes with ease. 
  • Scalable Solutions Design: Ensure that all solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with organizational goals and standards. 
  • Governance, Security, and Compliance: Implement data security measures and governance protocols. Ensure that compliance is integrated into the development process from the start. 
  • Documentation and Best Practices: Document best practices, solution architectures, and processes for future reference. 
  • End-User Training and Support: Train and support end-users in utilizing developed tools effectively. 
  • Evolving Technical Capabilities: Stay current with emerging technologies and upskill resources to meet future business needs. 
  • Power Platform Expertise: Develop skills in Power Platform Fundamentals, Power Platform Functional Consultant, Power Platform Developer Associate, Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Technical Product Management, and Business Process Analysis.
