Job Description

This position involves resolving user problems or questions related to enterprise software products via phone, email, chat, and other channels. The role focuses on guiding users towards self-sufficiency by providing relevant information. The analyst manages daily operations and assists with the implementation of new projects. They will also provide guidance to less experienced team members. The job requires consistently delivering presentations, possessing excellent written and verbal communication skills, understanding business practices, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and maintaining confidentiality.
Must have:
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience
  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications
  • Proficient understanding of operating systems
  • Ability to learn quickly and independently
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Problem solving skills
Good to have:
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field is preferred
  • Experience with Oracle SQL

This position provides users with resolutions to their problems or questions on the use of enterprise software products in a timely manner through telephone, e-mail, chat, instant messenger, web, and/or other media channels. This position guides users to self-sufficiency by providing them with information and resources that are relevant to their needs. This position manages daily operations and assists with the implementation of new projects and programs as assigned. The individual will provide guidance to less experienced members of the team.

We are looking for a Technical Support Analyst II:

  • Consistently delivers presentations for various audiences and purposes, using appropriate language, visuals, and techniques; uses persuasive techniques to convince others, such as persuading customers to buy products or services.

  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

  • Demonstrates knowledge of business practices, procedures, systems, policies, standards, and regulations within own area and across the organization; applies this knowledge appropriately to diverse situations.

  • Develops and maintains positive relationships with internal and external customers to gain cooperation and achieve goals.

  • Understands customer needs and expectations and responds accordingly; initiates conversation with customers to address issues promptly and resolve complaints.

  • Maintains confidentiality.

  • A bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or a related field is preferred.

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant technical support experience required.

  • Experience supporting enterprise software applications.

  • Proficient understanding of major operating system environments (e.g., Windows, Linux, Unix).

  • Experience with Oracle SQL

  • Ability to learn quickly and independently.

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

  • Effective written and verbal communications.

  • Problem solving skills.
