After training, the Technical Support Engineer will be in charge of assembling and maintaining our machines. The Technical Support Engineer will be responsible for testing, troubleshooting, and repairing gaming equipment, as well as maintaining and upgrading hardware systems. The Technical Support Engineer will work closely with other members of the technical staff to ensure the smooth operation of our products and the satisfaction of our customers.
To succeed at this job, the Technical Support Engineer must be a creative problem solver who can work under pressure and alongside a diverse, international group of colleagues. Working proficiency in English is essential. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys the excitement of starting something new, who is a fast thinker and communicates well. We want the Technical Support Engineer to take ownership of the job at hand and think with us within the security of a long-term job where they can develop their potential.
