The Technical Support Specialist at Playtech will provide technical support for video transmission equipment, data, optical, and network communication systems. Responsibilities include installation and maintenance of video transmission equipment (cameras, audio/video cards, cabling), installation and troubleshooting of computers and hardware, monitoring information systems and resolving problems, responding to internal user calls and troubleshooting software issues, and monitoring server connections. The ideal candidate will possess a professional technician certification in Electronics or Computers, have at least two years of experience in technical support, intermediate English skills, and knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Office, and administrative networks. On-site work and rotating schedules are required.
