Playtech‘s Tech Support unit is looking for a Technical Support Specialist with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Your influential mission. You will...

• Investigate, troubleshoot, and solve our customers’ various concerns
• Be ready to expect the unexpected and tackle critical situations
• Communicate with our licensees and partners in English mainly via emails
• Work in shifts (including weekends, however no night shifts)

• Possess outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in an English-speaking environment
