Summary

The Technical Support Specialist will assist the technical engineering team with various tasks, including equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, and JIRA/ServiceNOW ticketing system management. Responsibilities also include developing preventative maintenance plans, assisting repair service providers, providing customer support, troubleshooting systems, identifying problems, and writing reports. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a technical engineering field (or equivalent experience), excellent English skills, experience working in a team, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent computer knowledge. C++ and C# development skills are a benefit.

Tasks

  • Assisting Technical engineering team with various tasks like equipment installation, system configuration, maintenance, JIRA and Service NOW ticketing system management and maintenance

  • Developing preventative maintenance plans

  • Assisting repairs service providers and providing customer support

  • Troubleshooting systems, identifying problems and writing reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Technical engineering or engineering in Technical field of, industrial engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, related fields, or equivalent experience required

  • Very good English language skills, any other language will be a plus

  • Experience in working in a team

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with others

  • Excellent computer knowledge

  • Development skills of C++, C# and any other development skill will be a benefit
