About the Role
We’re looking for a talented individual to provide administrative support to the teams responsible for listing activities and enable product-to-market. The work environment is dynamic and interesting and we’re always exploring ways to continuously improve. Being a solution-oriented team player will ensure a good fit with the teams you support.
What you will be doing
- Provide high quality administrative support to the global Compliance team, in particular the New Geo Compliance Team (NGCT).
- Collect and organize supporting documentation for listing application submissions.
- Interface with internal and external stakeholders in a professional manner.
- The global Compliance team (covering a minimum of 4 time zones)
- Product Line Management
- Program Managers
- Field Application Engineers in various countries.
- Government agencies
- Regulators
- Whitelisting agencies.

- Following listing application submissions, follow-up with regulators and agencies. This communication is mostly conducted via email or phone calls.
- Work towards tight program and scheduling timelines and provide regular status updates.
- Quickly pivot, if priorities change.
- At regular intervals, whole documents or sections of documents will need to be reviewed and updated as required.
- As required, provide high quality Technical Writing support to the Compliance team.
Who you are and What you bring
Essential
- A formal tertiary qualification with minimum 2 years of Technical Writing experience.
- Understand and document English at a high level to articulate issues clearly, succinctly and accurately in writing and verbally.
- Excellent computer skills (including Microsoft Word, Excel etc.).
- Working knowledge of Jira and SharePoint document management system.
- Be adept to learn new platforms and applications as these may be introduced from time to time.
- Be organized, methodical and systematic in executing tasks with exceptional attention to detail.
- Be flexible if priorities change.
- Excellent time management skills to meet tight deadlines.
- Able to demonstrate basic understanding of product compliance and global regulatory requirements along with good geographic knowledge.
- Basic grasp of technical terminology used in electronics/electrical engineering.
- Able to follow instructions but thinking ahead and be proactive.
- Provide good return briefs to ensure scope clarity.
- Transparent in your communication with your team members and manager. Your ability to communicate clearly will help manage expectations and inform critical decisions.
Highly advantageous
- Experience working in product compliance or quality assurance, having knowledge of electrical product standards and regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of Arena.
- Knowledge of JAMA.
- Multi-language capability.
