Our client, NICE Actimize,is seeking a Technical Writer to join our team.
We are creating products that allow the world's largest financial institutions to fight, prevent, and manage financial crime.
 
Requirements and responsibilities
What you’ll do
  • Own and maintain a suite of guides.
  • Work with multiple scrum teams in an Agile environment and adhere to sprint milestones.
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, engineers, product managers, and other team members.
  • Produce clear, concise, and user-friendly technical documentation using topic-based writing principles.
  • Provide technical editorial support to the technical writing and content-contributing teams.
  • Work on several projects simultaneously and manage time accordingly.
What you’ll bring
  • Native/Fluent English speaker.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 4+ years of experience as a technical writer in an enterprise software development environment.
  • Experience working in an Agile environment.
  • Experience preparing topic-based documentation.
  • Ability to learn complex technology and tools.
  • Experience creating clear and structured guides for different audiences, including developers.
  • Experience with Madcap Flare, and Git is an advantage.
  • Experience with Atlassian tools (JIRA and Confluence) is an advantage.
